Unlike small assembly workshops that source unverified pre-bent frames, R.K. Enterprises processes prime galvanized iron sheets directly from certified mills (Tata Steel / JSW).
Our CNC punching presses cut mortises for panic bars, locks, hinges, and vision lites with +/-0.2mm positional accuracy. Every bend is formed on multi-axis hydraulic press brakes, ensuring tight seams, perfectly square frames, and structural consistency.

Hot degreasing, zinc-phosphating, and 200°C curing oven ensuring 70–80 micron adhesion and 1000-hour salt spray resistance.
100% Pre-Dispatch Fitment
Every fire door is pre-hung in square verification jigs with hinges and latch alignment checked prior to protective bubble packaging.
