Double rebate profile 143 x 57 mm manufactured from 16 & 18 gauge galvanized steel profile, 1.4 mm bending radius, supplied in assembled form ready to install.
Door shutter in 65 mm thick manufactured from 18 & 20 gauge galvanized steel sheets, lock seam jointed at stile edges to form double skin fully flush shell.
Proprietary multi-layer acoustic insulation material engineered for maximum sound dampening, vibration decoupling, and structural rigidity.
Optional double acoustic laminated glass with air gap and sound dampening sealant.
Heavy-duty cam-lift or ball-bearing hinges, high-capacity hydraulic closer, compression sound seals, dual acoustic magnetic perimeter gaskets.
