Fully compliant with IS:3614 Part 2 & BS:476 Part 22. Fabricated with mechanical lock seams and internal reinforcements.
Frame & Shutter Engineering IS:3614
Double rebate profile 143 x 57 mm, 35 x 60 mm, and 60 x 60 mm manufactured from 16 gauge galvanized steel profile, 1.4 mm bending radius, supplied assembled.
46 mm & 60 mm thickness made of 60 mm thick vertical stiles on both sides, 110 mm bottom rail, and 60 mm top rail of GI sheet.
Perimeter fire-resistant structural rails with intumescent perimeter seals and ceramic glazing tape.
Clear Wired Glass / Clear Fire Glass (120 minutes rating) conforming to BS 476: Part 20 with fire-resistant silicone sealant & steel beading moulding.
Stainless steel architectural pivot hinges / butt hinges, panic push bar, hydraulic closer, and drop-down acoustic seal.
