Hardwood timber frame 120 x 70 mm suitable for 120-minute shutters, with heat-activated intumescent fire seal strips (10 x 4 mm) in grooves on all three sides.
55 mm ± 2 mm non-metallic asbestos-free door shutter with 75 x 34 mm hardwood internal timber framework, 10 mm infill fire-rated insulation filler, 12 mm HILUX non-combustible boards on both sides, cladded with 4 mm commercial ply on both sides.
HILUX Non-combustible Board (12 mm on both sides) sandwiching 10 mm fire-rated insulation filler.
Optional tested fire-rated glass panels with hardwood beading and intumescent sealants.
Heavy-duty SS 304 ball bearing butt hinges, mortise sash lock with euro-profile brass cylinder, overhead hydraulic closer.
