Construction & Material Specifications
Fully compliant with IS:3614 Part 2 & BS:476 Part 22. Fabricated with mechanical lock seams and internal reinforcements.

Single rebate profile 100 x 57 mm & 80 x 57 mm manufactured from 20/22 gauge galvanized steel (or SS 304) with 1.4 mm bending radius, flush mounted.
46 mm thickness manufactured with 1.2/1.0 mm Galvanized Steel or SS 304 sheet. Infill: Honeycomb / Polyurethane PUF.
High-density paper honeycomb core or polyurethane rigid foam (PUF) for complete flat surface stability.
Double Glazed Glass flush with door surface (5 mm toughened glass each side) with integrated desiccant silica gel.
SS 304 Ball Bearing Hinges (100x75x3 mm), Door Closer (up to 80 kg), Mortise Dead Lock with 70 mm cylinder & escutcheon, D-shape pull handle, SS 304 push plate, automatic mortised drop-down bottom seal.
