Specification-grade double rebate steel fire door tested and certified to 120-minute furnace ratings. Engineered for commercial towers, metro corridors, and industrial exits.
Construction & Material Specifications
Fully compliant with IS:3614 Part 2 & BS:476 Part 22. Fabricated with mechanical lock seams and internal reinforcements.
Frame & Shutter Engineering IS:3614
Double rebate profile 143 x 57 mm manufactured from 16/18 gauge galvanized steel sheet, bending radius of 1.4 mm, supplied in assembled form ready to install at site.
Door shutter in 46 mm ± 2 mm thick manufactured from 18/20/22 gauge galvanized steel sheets, lock seam jointed at stile edges to form a double skin fully flush shell.
Infill insulation material bonded with fire-rated thermosetting resin for structural rigidity, thermal resistance, and acoustic insulation.
Vision panel grooves with beading & screw. Clear Wired Glass / Clear Fire Glass conforming to BS: 476 Part 20 (up to 120 mins).
Factory reinforced for SS 304 ball bearing hinges, panic exit device / crossbar, hydraulic overhead closer, mortise dead lock set with cylinder.
