Construction & Material Specifications
Fully compliant with IS:3614 Part 2 & BS:476 Part 22. Fabricated with mechanical lock seams and internal reinforcements.
Frame & Shutter Engineering IS:3614
1.6 mm galvanized steel sheet with architectural perimeter wall-wrap masonry trim.
1.2 mm GI sheet with single or double leaf construction, optional reinforced viewing window.
Thermal rockwool insulation infill (optional) or uninsulated heavy-duty sheet construction.
5 mm clear wired glass or toughened glass viewlite with silk-screened FIRE HOSE lettering.
Continuous stainless steel piano hinge or heavy-duty butt hinges, break-glass keycam lock with spare key pocket.

- ✓Emergency Access: Break-glass keycam lock or stainless steel thumb-turn latch
